TRAI (Telecom Regularity Authority of India) ordered Vodafone to refund money charged from Customers for Value Added services offered without approval.
Without any consent explicitly, Vodafone charged customers. This is what subscribers complained about Vodafone to TRAI. Now, TRAI ordered to refund money to all customers including who offered service free of cost initially and charged without consent.
