TRAI is going to submit its recommendations on Mobile Number Portability (MNP) by first week of April. According to TRAI, the recommendations will give detailed guidelines on issues related to portability,charges and clearance of the donor dues. Also, the guidelines will also include the process of transferring life-time users of the particular provider.
