Terror row - Maoists blast out three mobile phone towers in Bihar
Three towers of the private cellular operators in Bihar were blasted out by CPI (Maoists). In addition to this a BSNL generator were also fired. Telecom towers are also the targets of the Maoists which map out their activities.
“The mobile phone network is proving to be a great headache for the naxalites as these give away vital information about their location and movements. Their action is apparently aimed at destructing this network to facilitate smooth conduct of their nefarious operations,” said DIG (Magadh range) Pravin Vashisht.
Among the three blown up towers, two are of Reliance Communications at Bishunpur and Manjhaulia villages and the other is of Airtel chaugin villages.
Note :Adjoin to the recent terror activities which feeds media with week of special programs, Cellbharat too falls as one fed by such news.
