Motorola EM35 – for Music Lovers exclusively

Coming back to yet another write-up for Motorola, at this juncture, it deserves a special mention to compliment the commercial ads of Motorola. That it is tickling the best sense of humour; it rouses curiosity to look for more. If you are reading with that rapt interest for Motorola’s gadgets, up next in the rack, it is Motorola EM35.

As unique design aspects, it sports three hardware music music buttons (previous, play/pause and next - right under the navigation scroll wheel borrowed from ROKR E8)and a 3.5mm AV jack.It is said to be the successor of the EM30. It’s a smartphone running on Linux Montavista 2.6 10 OS and powered by an SCM-A11 500Mhz processor. Further it’s a slider measuring 107×49.5×16mm, weighing 117grams (including battery).

No exception, it comes with a good quality camera as well. This Motorola features a 3.15 Megapixel one on the back, and to complete the picture, the EM35 has 2.22” QVGA TFT display supporting 262k colors.

The music section is further enhanced by Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP profile for listening stereo music with compatible Bluetooth headsets.Of course the phone has additional music hardware add on like FM Radio with RDS support and a 110MB internal memory + microSD card slot. It sports tri-band GSM networks and GPRS/EDGE - no 3G here. Release Dates and Price details are not publicised yet.
