Mobile backup service for punjab Airtel subscribers

India’s leading telecom service provider, Bharti Airtel has announced the launch of Mobile Phone Back-up service for its pre-paid and post-paid customers in Punjab. This service will allow the users to back their phone data irrespective of their phone model. Data here includes contacts, SMS, Calender, Songs, Photos and Videos available in their phone. This service would be available to all GPRS as well as non GPRS phones at a monthly subscription cost of Rs.30. Subscription to this service can be done via a SMS “BACKUP” to 57057 or by accessing the WAP portal http://10.5.0.11/airtelwap directly from the mobile browser. So with this service any customer has no longer to worry about the data when changing his/her phone models or have lost their mobile phone.
