Its a big surprise that Vodafone tops the list of "not Friendly and not Caring for Consumers". Leading DTH provider Tata Sky and Sify broadband follows Vodafone in the list. According to Consumer Online Resource & Empowerment (CORE), including these three companies a total of 11 Indian companies sampled have not responded and cared to redress grievances brought to their notice.
