As we reported earlier, MTNL is going to launch country's first MTNL services today in Delhi. MTNL has also partnered with optic fibre firm, Aksh to launch Mobile TV Services in Delhi and Mumbai regions on MTNL 3G service.

* In a step ahead of private telecom operators, state run Mahanagar Telecom Nigam Limited (MTNL) announced a slash in the STD tariff for all its subscribers.
