Good features but bad battery backup and removed 2.5 d gorilla glass from Manufacturing ,that design shows in mobile phone ,slow charge taken , minimum 3 hours to full , battery backup is not ok, drained fast

This is not a dual SIM phone ,they are cheating people .its same like keeping 1 SIM in bag and 1 in phone .There is just a slot for two SIM we cant use both the SIM. If we are using 1 SIM we need to deactivate another SIM and we cant get even network for both SIM at the same time,we cant get calls or messages even if SIM is inside phone. Instead of accepting there mistake they are blaming us that we have mentioned a word standby .They are not even ready to transfer the call to there Supervisior.Never ever purchase. This phone its too bad. Just a way to cheat people on name of dual SIM.

The phone is good for the price but the phone doesnt have a cover or tempered glass that fits even on amazon. It doesnt have many service centres in India. Camera is bad.

The product delivery is very fast with in one day reached me . Its looking nice but battery backup is very bad.i suggest go for 10or.g not for d2

Good Phone when your budget under rs 5000.
Everything thing is balanced in this phone.
But two things I was expecting from this company
No1 Finger print sensor
No2 Octa Core CPU

This phone got frequent power off issue and we will not get proper support to rectify phone issue.. without knowing that I have bought this (I believe only on "Amazon Exclusive" product) and returning this phone is also not that much easy task. Technician has to come to your home and certify this phone requires Return/Replacement.

Camera clarity is also not good, charging time is too high.. So many issues.

My suggestion is not to go for this product at all in your life... If your time is not good, Pl. go ahead and buy.

Here only message I want to mention is "Amazon Service" excellent.. Always they do great support to their customer.

The mobile is a substandard and totally wastage of money . Amazon is cheating the customers by enforcing a "item non returnable policy" which is against Consumer Rights. Please never buy this as you will be trapped once you receive the item. The mobile is the worst one I have ever used.The build quality , features and performance are too bad and poorer than any of the mobiles even I Kall. Needless to elaborate much as each and everything in regard to this mobile is pathetic. I can challenge Amazon as the facts quoted by me are true and hope the bitter experience faced by me should not happened to anyone. Battery life is also not upto the mark the screen brightness too is very poor.

Why are not allowing return. My old 10.or G is perfect. This D2 is worst in WhatsApp, Skype video call quality.other people couldnt recognise who is in video. 4 hours charging, get drained in 1 hour while playing a video of game.

Got delivered as expected and no delays. Working condition is good, but theres no headset available with this product. Pictures are uploaded.

All r good.but there is a problem in switching mobile data...
If we switch off the mobile data...the out going calls and incoming calls are not working...and it will says to other callers
" the subscriber was in not coverage area or switched off".
If anybody had a solution...pls suggest me ...
