Touch is not working properly, rest of things are ok, I tried to return this product they said first will provide replacement, if you are facing same issue after replacement also then only can return. after exchange also I'm facing same issue, so I'm trying to return this product, but return option is not showing. Please help on this

Overall phone performance is good,only problem facing is call quality is not so good,so many complaint abt this voice breaking even with good network.

The phone is really awesome camera is really good and its something completely fits the budget if its tight :)

there are no heating issues yet and phn and big advantage it has a front flash in this phn which is quite and impressive thing in such low budget phones really love it

I think this is one of the best phone in 5000. I like its features like Alexa but I dislike its battery it drained very quickly otherwise your phone is very good.

Conclusion:
The phone has a good build and the performance is average. It has stock Android UI and Amazon’s brand value which is nice. However, for a thousand rupees more you can get the Redmi 5 which has a fingerprint sensor (something the 10.or D2 lacks) and a metal build. The 10.or D2 works if you will use the phone for calling, messaging, social networking and some video consumption. However, start multitasking and heavy gaming and you will be left wanting more!

This phone got frequent power off issue and we will not get proper support to rectify phone issue.. without knowing that I have bought this (I believe only on "Amazon Exclusive" product) and returning this phone is also not that much easy task. Technician has to come to your home and certify this phone requires Return/Replacement.

Camera clarity is also not good, charging time is too high.. So many issues.

My suggestion is not to go for this product at all in your life... If your time is not good, Pl. go ahead and buy.

Here only message I want to mention is "Amazon Service" excellent.. Always they do great support to their customer.

Camera quality is really pathetic, please dont buy this phone amazone will miss guide you with there features also phone quality is of material is not good. It's saying 3gb ram but it's not work like that it's very slow phone. When I have called for refunds the refuse me.
