An Absolute wastage of money ...

Almost all Alcatel phones are having Extreme heating problems ...

in fact the new one , Alcatel 3V has got huge negative feedbacks on same Heavy heating issues ...

OVERALL, Alcatel is a not brand to consider at any cost !

Ordered alcatel idol 4 with VR headset. Got the product without VR headset. Returned today and got the new product. Again no VR headset. It is cheating two times they send without VR box. Totally disliked your service. I want my money back immediately without delay.

The killer multimedia phone , surprising the quality is great, over all user experience is amazing, ....
Heats up a little due to the glass body ...but no over heating unless , using while charging or while being used in the VR headset or being setup for the first time ...etc
Some of these situations ..
But i think price and accessories with it ...compensates for all ..
