Took this mobile believing in Alcatel brand name but it is one of the most un thinkable mistake

Before a month from using the product the second sim stopped working.

After a great deal of research, I zeroed-in on the Alcatel Idol 4 for my mom. To give you a perspective, the phone is made by TCL which also makes the latest iteration of Blackberry devices. Alcatel and Blackberry are no longer in the phone manufacturing business, though Blackberry as a company is now focusing on Software only. Alcatel has done wonders with this product. Fits right into the budget, great looks, awesome sound quality nice finish and good hardware. I didn't receive the VR headset with product, I ordered. However, they would be great too and would provide an awesome experience I hope.
If only Alcatel could provide options for customisation in Android, the way HTC does it, then the Alcatel would be a most desireable phone.
