Perfect phone foe me!

writing review after using this phn for 1 month.

only cons i found out is Slippery back cover. viewing angle is too good.

I bought this phone on the big billion day. Got delivery after 5 days.
after using it for some days now, i would like to mention my exp with it.

1. Looks(5 star) = very premium, it looks like a 30k phone.

2. Display(5 star) = Simply awesome. it's 1920*1080, 441ppi display is very sharp and bright.

3. User Interface(4 star) = Its quite simple and smooth with 4.4.2 kitkat. But i don't give as much important to it as i can choose various customised ROMs and make it look the way i want.

Firstly, don't care about people who keep you distracting about quality of this mobile, buzzing about chinese mobile, and all.

Here is a little confusion. There is actually only one speaker. Take phone in your hand with its screen towards you, on the bottom left is speaker and on the bottom right is 'Mic'!!! Alcatel used this design to make it look symmetric. There are two mic:

1. On the bottom right (Main Mic),
2. Just above the primary Camera (For Noise Cancellation)

The phone is also performing as per expectations. I have been using it close to six months now.

The screen resolution is great. The speed is nice and the camera is sharp....what else do you need?

This phone is marvellous in terms of its features as well as its design.

It is very light, slim & easy to handle with one hand.

If we compare it with Samsung Galaxy Grand 2; this is far better except one thing.

That one thing is its battery but what i think is it has 2Ghz Octa core processor + 2GB RAM. So fast battery drainage is obvious. We need to manage battery in all smart phones.

I would suggest one should also buy a power bank if anyone is going to buy these types of smart p...

I won't be talking about tech specs but will talk about overall experience with this phone after a quite a quality amount of time spent with it.


Display: One of the best screens i have ever seen.I have played few full hd videos under full brightness conditions simultaneously on this, S4, Z1, Htc one m8, Note 3 and LG G3. Its better than Z1, S4 and M8. Note 3 is little superior and its foolish of me to compare it with G3's 538 PPI screen.

Since updating my software to 4.4.2, I have been having mobile network connection issues.

After a while every few hours, the phone's connection will "freeze." When this happens, the phone indicates that there is still a mobile network connection, you cannot make or receive calls & messages.

The only solution to this is rebooting the phone or toggling with airplane mode.

I have even tried resetting the phone, but it won't help. Need a solution to this problem
