Pathetic return process. I have been a regular buyer since the inception of the Flipkart. A regular buyer who buys something or the other every month. Prepaid never COD.
First time I requested for a replacement not for return, mind it, on 21st Feb, 2018. Today is 14th March, 2018, the said product has not been picked up yet, in spite of calling everyday to the Flipkart and the Ecom Customer Care.

I had never faced this kind of problem before when I placing order from this site. I am the regular customer of Flipkart, and the service was awesome in previous times! But when I placed order (IPhone 6 Plus), the status was showing product will deliver in 2 - 3 days! The phone was good, but there was disturbance to the third person I spoke on the phone.
Then now suddenly the microphone is fully not functional, the person on the other side, is not able to hear anything.
There is no option to return the product, the button is not hyperlinked, just text format.

Its been only 4 days since I bought the product. My business is badly affected. Flipkart, please help.

Its a all rounder product .... using apple phones from last 3 years and it has never disappointed me. After Sales service is amazing.
