if u want to just show or u r official, so u can go with 6s, and if u want to use ur phone, u can go with android (oneplus 5) i'm using iphone since 4 year, (4s-5s & now 6S), smooth than android

Yes. enable Voice & Data under Settings>Mobile data> Mobile data options> Enable 4G -but I am not keen on this and goes with the default which is Enable 4G> Data only
