if you are buying a new one.. definitely go for 8plus there are several improvements (camera, processor, fast and wireless charging ) not worth upgrading but for new purchase u should go for 8 plus.

Is it better than one plus t5
If you are an existing user of iPhone, you would not have asked this. Life of iPhone is excellent. But if you are looking to buy a best android phone in 30+ budget then OnePlus 5T is the best option.
