I got asus zenfone 2 from flipkart on very first day, 2nd May, by looking at the specs this phone looks the best but actually its NOT,
the phone i got was having Heating issues and as well as the Camera is so poor,
is worst then even a 5 mp camera on any device.
So thanks to flipkart i got this replaced and got a new, but the issues not gonna end,
still a worst of the camera, but now new battery issue came up, phone goes off @30% of battery without any warning, raised a request for refund...

I ORDERED THE PHONE ON 23/4/15 AND DELIVERED ON 7/5/15. THEN DUE TO CALL DROP ISSUE I REPLACED MY PRODUCT AND THE NEW DEVICE WAS DELIVERED ON 25/5/15. THERE WAS AN UPDATE AS I SWITCHED MY DEVICE ON AND AFTER THE UPDATE I HAVE NOT YET FACED ANY CALL DROPS . I HOPE THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED FOR ALL THE USERS. I bought a ZE 551 ML with 2 gb/1.8ghz/16gb rom on last 9th of May. I was very much excited about this product and was looking forward to buy it before 3 months itself. I recently bought this phone from Flipkart. It worked fine for a day, and suddenly it stopped detecting the SIM. I filed for a replacement. When the Flipkart run the online test, it passed the test, and flipkart rejected the replacement.

But let me tell you this phone is good in many aspect but lacks the basic feature. The Call drops every 2 mins or so. This is a major problem, I don't know what to do with it now. Flipkart has simply washed its hand of the replacement business. I don't know...

Please abstain from buying this product. Battery is useless. Return policy from FLIPKART is also non-functional as they will give vague arguments and reject your return. Refrain from buying in all circumstances.

All Calls are getting dropped .. Could not continuously talk on the phone... Only 300 MB ram is available even if phone is idle out of 2GB. Worst support from flipkart they are not accepting returns..

I had already replaced this product because of the video player issue and hang issue but after replacement i am still facing issues with its video player.
1. it cannot even able to play video which has been recorded from its own camera.
2. I am not able to play HD video as it hangs or stops in between....just think what about full HD?
3. Audio and video is not sync while playing the video.. audio moves ahead of video so if you watch the video it sounds like Ajay devgan is singing in female vo...
