camera sound u can not never off this
and its not getting automatic update fro OS.
but flipkart service is really good . they took the product without any question .

I bought the new Asus zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL and below are the issues I'm facing for which I'll never recommend Asus products again.
I am using Zenfone 5, bought it when it was launched and never faced issues so I had recommended my friends & family members and had bought many Zenfones. But this is a big time disappointment.

1) The picture quality is bad, images looks like water painted when zoomed.
2) The shutter sound does not turn off no matter what you do.
3) Keypad & touch tones does ...

Camera quality is very good
Display is also brighter
Only Sometime hits a lot while charging and while talking long on the phone

Phone is good battery backup is good but no headphones given, look is very good but in second slot you can either use nano sim or sd card, camera is not so good display is partial HD but at this price this is best phone

The outlook feature of the mobile is good n slim.
The battery life is superb.
There must be improvement on cam clarity, worst cam clarity the pixels r breaking while zooming. UI interface n touch pointers are good.
Fingerprint sensor is quick.
