Big issue is their battery backup

I bought this and had a bad experience.. heating and battery darining issue..

pros - 1. good ui2. hang occasionally. cons - 1. battery is too bad. PLZ BUY THIS PHONE WITH EXTRA POWER BANK(which is not allowed to carry on airplane). Daily u need to charge it thrice 2. Speaker is not good.3. Sim invalidate automatically. worst phone.

Battery Level not more than 2 hrs..

I took this mobile only because of its features for low cost. later i realized how stupid i am. Features of the mobile are awesome. And camera clarity is too good. Problem is with durability and battery. After 2 months of purchase, it stopped charging. And visited the service center and they replaced the mother board(they said so, not sure what they did). Then again after one month it stopped charging. Again visited the service center, and i requested for replacement of mobile, they too...

Asus talks all rubbish about Design and Performance and they have gone All F***ed up with battery.The Key Feature to do this: 1) Processor: "DELIBERATE LIE" is what we can describe when ASUS promises to offer Dual Core for 2100mah Battery. after purchasing asus zenfone 5 it restarted during calling time face more times this same problem i need it solution on that if any one ans me.

I faced issue of speakers not working in one & half month of purchase.On top of that service center kept the phone with them for more than one month for changing them. Spear part & Service of Asus is very very poor.

This is the worst phone I've ever used in my life. No batt backup at all.. Drains out very fast. Keeps hanging all the time. Response time is very slow. ASUS apps keeps getting updated everyday. It kills all the data usage. Just wanted to check the display cost and called ASUS service center. WAs shocked to hear the display cost. It's 5K. New phone is 8.5K and the display is 5K + Taxes. What a worst service and item? Never buy this phone.
