Received the white phone yesterday, for one hour it worked fine.suddenly it got dead!Just got a white screen and now phone will not turn on no matter what!Have called Flipkart and seller for help and they will call back to help! Really disappointed with Quality of product.

Great phone.I presented this phone to my wife and I hold Nexus 4 which is poor performer when compared with phone.

The screen is too delicate. Its not even 10 days for my phone but the screen has broken down. It was the first fall this morning that too from my bed to the floor with a case. Still the screen has cracked. Durability of screen is a big question here.

I purchased this on 22nd July...thanks to Flipkart they delivered it at 23rd...On 4th August this phone started to become a pain...Now I am not able to hear the opposite person's voice through speaker (loud speaker is working fine)Wifi direct is not working...I am not able to share files through it.not able to receive file via Bluetooth, It works only when I restart the phoneI am really in a big problem after purchasing this one...All above it, there is no service centre of ASUS in Mumba...

i think hardly 1\\% of the buyer who wishes to get ASUS ZENFONE 5 will buy the phone having 16gb internal memory.. no one wishes to give extra 3k bucks for 8gb.. if ur 8gb phone isn't in the market then u r losing the craze in the market too... think abt it..

I got my zenfone two days ago and first issues with my phone is wi-fi connection(held 5mtrs away from wireless modem/router) keeps dropping off. The problem further intensifies when mobile (2g/3g) data connectivity is also enabled simultaneously; phone tries to switch back and forth from wi-fi to mobile data and fails more often than not hence causing disruption in internet connectivity. Also, when phone returns from sleep or timeout, wi-fi disconnects and connects again and the above cycle ...

The phone build quality is terrible. The hardware is reall un reliable. The motherboard became faulty , within the year. Though 1 year warranty was there , it was not serviced in warranty , it was stalled till the warranty period is over. This hardware is really terrible for the phone, either the battery /motherboard or something is due to failure within a year . Pick a better competitiors phone

Using since one week, all the specification in the mobile are good enough, match the description given by ASUS & FlipKart in the website except the FM Radio on board missed out in the detail,Battery backup drains by 40\\% within 8 hours without dial & receive any number,without using any apps too. Hope this problem will be solved by ASUS through providing Software update or Replacing the batteries or Mobile handsets to maintain better values & interest of the customer. Big thanks...
