earphone volume was very low.. so i chat with customer support and they are worst(nothing solved)..Other than that phone was very good at this price point

This Phone is Just Amazing The sound of this device is so clear and Loud WITH BASS i dont to get my Bluetooth speaker everywhere.
Secondly the camera is so perfect in indoor , it takes way better images then other devices under 10000 but not as perfects as its big brother asus zenfone max pro m1.
Please Consider this for your parents and it is just amazing for gamers and gadget lovers.
Go Ahead but beware that it is not meant for very brilliant result in photography for that you should consid...

The Best Phone in this price segment . Battery 5/5 , Performance 5/5 , Display with 2.5D curved glass 5/5 , Fingerprint sensor 5/5 , Face unlock 5/5 , Camera 5/5 ( including portrait mode , Led flash rear and front too , f 2.0 is Fabulous). Auto Brightness works perfectly , Audio is great and includes outdoor mode , which increases audio accordingly. Highly recommended device in this price range.

Battery is draining even when the mobile is not used.
I have disabled most of the features like auto brightness....
then it started giving good battery life.
