This item was damaged, phone call cut button was going inside and battery placing area also some abnormal projections is there

Used the product for months. Definitely one of the finest "QWERTY phones" out there in the market though thats a personal opinion.
Build quality is good and fits well in your pocket w.r.t. both dimensions & value.
Camera - average but reasonable at current(2018) market price of the product.
Battery - lasts for nearly the entire day on a single charge and moderate to heavy usage.
