Don't purchase the dtek 50. Device is OK. But accessories are not original.

Great phone for the price. Unable to do conference calls
3.0 stars
A good phone for the price.
If only the Nougat update was available, this phone would have been a dream come true. I am long time Nexus user and this one was something i shifted to since pixel was getting out of budget.
Install Google now launcher to get the closest stock Android experience
PS: one major issue is you can't do conference calls (merge calls) i believe it's a bug in marshmallow's last update after which Nougat was released. Really hoping for a Nougat Update

Not recommended for those who play games and watch more videos

Not recommended for those who play games and watch more videos . Battery back up is been an issue for me after using for 10 months. Apart from battery backup everything is fine.

Gets the basics right. Nothing more.

Good Stuff -
1. Close to stock, Blackberry Launcher. Highly productive launcher with various shortcuts to get things done.
2. Easy to use with one hand.
3. Good Display.
4. Stereo Speakers. Combined with the display, an amazing movie watching experience.
5. Grippy back and a sturdy build quality.
Not So Good Stuff -
1. Battery is poor. With intelligent optimisation of brightness, location settings, background data, can make it last from 8 am to 8 pm.
2. No fingerprint sensor.
3. Occasional heating issues with heavy use.
Thoughts -
After using this phone for a month, I feel this is not such a great phone for a heavy user. Since I am a mild to moderate user, its manageable. Battery life is a key deciding factor. It does give you a peek into the BB ecosystem. Go for the BB Keyone instead, if you are a BB fan or else go with the OnePlus like everyone else.
