This phone is too good

Awesome mobile with all great features, i love this greatly

Great Phone with great speed but feel like something is lagging
Pros

Multitasking
Speed
Security
Touch Screen very smooth
Can open as much as open application with out closing
Browser is very good, can load any page

Cons

Limited application
Front Camera not as expected
No back button but need to swap and move up for shifting between application

Phone is Ok for a month, while i was trying to update the software patch, phone got hanged. it struck in the middle with error code 0016. Blackberry servicing center told to wait until next upgrade(they also dont know when next patch comes). else they are asking me to change the mother board with additional cost(8000 Rs). Looks like hardware failure issues as result of software patch will not be taken care in warranty. this is really bad and more over the servicing center guys in chennai doesnt have courtesy to talk in English also. I have to look for other phone or again spend additional 8000. if you google for blackberry support, no one from company will take care of the issue, they doesnt gave the service numbers as well. it is not same for any other hardware companies. Only BB is cheating its customers with out giving the services. and almost all the Cell phone service providers(Like Vodafone, Airtel etc) in India stopped BB software upgrades, because they knows how BB company support.

I was using BB for my office mailing services for last 4 yrs, with these kind of issues no more trust on BB. they want all the premium cost, but do not want to support any of their customers.

Look wise best, performance superb but applications are horrible, never ever try.
