The phone was delivered defective. The replace product also not working. It is very unfortunate that such products are sold by Amazon.

9860 bb refurbished phone 1.0 stars
Its a 100 % refurbished product. Its not a quality of blackberry I had used lot of blackberry. I dont expect this from Amazon really we disappointed
