I bought this product last year and so I have spent more than an year with it. For what I paid for, this product is quite a disaster from Blackberry. Even its basic features are not working smoothly. It keeps on getting frozen, the touch screen does not work so well, any OS updates ruin its functioning completely and I had to figure out on my own how to fix it with patches or by resetting the phone. Recently, it stopped detecting any network and I had to reboot it multiple times within a few hours to fix that. It is poorly made and poorly equipped with support/inbuilt software. It has been quite painful to deal with this phone.

Just few things I would like to mention that is really annoying me- text reflow in the browser is pathetic(in portrait mode).the characters become blurred once zoomed and moving the screen in zoomed condition is absolutely annoying.one has to use two fingers simultaneously to move the screen in zoomed condition. secondly anything anywhere when zoomed, everything on the phone is zoomed like the home screen icons which is a software glitch definitely,which is both awkward & irritating.Hub is like hotchpotch for me.prefer different apps for each of the hub members.After buying the phone I have updated the phone OS which took a little more than 1GB. But when it automatically restarted after the installation was complete, it hanged.. I had to remove the battery.But it never happened again.The browser is the fastest I have ever used. it will defeat any other mobile browser on any platform hands down. after updating the os I downloaded 3 mobile apps & downloaded many android apps.they are running smoothly.there is an inbuilt auto brightness control which is not visible to user. so there is no way to switch it off.so in low ambient light condition its brightness dims to a very poor level although u can manually increase the brightness. even at full brightness it is nowhere near the best in the business. overall screen quality is not praiseworthy.

Dear All,I have purchased this product with lot of hopes as i have trusted blackberry. but this is not upto my expectation. It has lot of drawbacks as followingyou would not get the clear discription about the optionsyou cannot send a same message to the same people againthere is no option to go the next line if you are preparing a new text messageBattery backup is also a huge concern(max 6-8 hours) if you use it continouslysignal strength ...you know what i am not to able to get the signal from where i got the full signal for my SAMSUNG basic smart phone...I was really completely dissatisfied with the signal strengthYou have to pay the money for most of the available/useful applicationNo more special options when comapre with Samsung 10,000 /- mobileRegards,Ganesh.

very good phone, working very good, battery is not as per expectation. some features does not supports to the application

Blackberry has tried to keep its valour and fight back. The simplicity and power packed usability is retained for business users. However, there are few TAKE FOR GRANTED blackberry features missing in 10.2.x, which I feel will be added to it very soon. Features like individual call barring, blackberry protect for phone book backup, google maps, auto switch on, among few others and still not there. Hope we get them soon!

Only one problem I have seen till 20 days from my purchase is keep HANGING PHONE, it is irritating, I doubt I can use this for at least 6 Months.

I can tell for sure that once you anyone use this product, he/she will never turn back to IOS or Android. You dont have to rely on power button to switch on screen or for closing the applications, everything works just with left hand thumb. Call clarity is awesome which even i dont get on my android. Apps are less compared to android and ios but major apps are available in blackberry store. If some apps are missing and you need it then you can install it from 1 mobile android market or go to the website of that app creator and install. Major drawback is that you dont have maps from blackberry for india and mapmyindia maps doesn't work at all but their is gps maps in blackberry store which you can install for Rs. 150 and it works pretty decent if not superb.

Worst phone that Ive ever seen. Its died after 3 month
