is this 4g ?
Yes and No.... Z30 supports 1800 mhz freq, while in India most operators work on 2300 Mhz band... so in India, for now, 4G will not work. But if in future some operator provides 4G services at 1800 or any other supported band, Z30 will work.

No you cannot use Ola as it works on Blackberry operating system. There are very few apps that will work on it as it does not accept Android apps.

Yes but not @ all frequency bands....each place/city has its own frequency band for 4g in Airtel..bcoz I faced this issue with airtel 4g
