I don't want to prefer for anyone 1.0 stars
My mobile is only 5 months old. This mobile is heating too much, speaker is very bad when we talk other person can't hear clearly and when we do video call also other person can't hear properly and we should speak so loudly and normal video call is also not supported but WhatsApp call imo it's there

Has been using since 6 months, nice facilities in this price range and cheap cost. Amazing features and good camera quality. Specialty the front camera is very good with low light visibility. Really like the mobile
Disadvantage is that it shows some draw over other apps restriction and so some apps can't be run

ITS A WORST PRODUCT, COSTUMER SUPPORT OFFICERS OF COOLPAD IS POT SUPPORTING AS WELL.SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT MOST OF PLACE.HEATING PROBLEMSCREEN LOCK KEY IS NOT WORKING WITHIN 2 MONTHPHONE IS HANGING DURING USE OF MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS.

Motherboard needs to be changed repeatedly
immediately after the warranty expires making the repairing charges costlier than the original phone.

Good battery life and fast processing speed 4.0 stars
I loved my coolpad cool 1 which was gifted by my dear husband. This is an awesome phone in 14k range having good battery life and very fast processing speed. I have used this phone for around 1 yr and It didnt heat up or hanged anytime. Its very smooth and slim phone and got dropped off many times from my hands and screens got smashed. Overall it was nice product from coolpad.
