Without external memory card is big failure at the mobile

This device is perfect working but, heating issue is the most problem of this mobile....And no hanging anything ....Camera results so good.Update not available.Water test is passed out.... So no damages in speaker, display etc.

Need to improve camera quality. Present quality is not enough. Then why two 13mp camera.. But in this price range, current quality is ok. And irritating heating problem, when using camera. Am not satisfied. But ok.

The device is nice but it gets heat very soon and temperature goes high 40° when u play games like pubg , it also gets heated while charging that are its cons . the pros of the phone are its camera and the performance. If u buy this phone I suggest u to take all the stuff like cover and gaurd should be bought together with the phone it's hard to find them out in offline stores.

Best phone for those who like images and vedio capture like a hobby.

I bought some phones in family .redmi5 and coolpad note3 and coolpad lite and coolpad cool1. !Among all cool1 camera is best... No issue faced in any mobiles till date since 4 years.

Not satisfied new phone having problem may be related with motherboard Voice is not clear, Second speaker is not working , Phone is Heating automatically when in charging and without charging heating feels like now my phone is going to be burst. want to replace this one.Abasaheb.

I purchased mobile on 28.03.2018 and within 15 days mobile stop working and the problem of motherboard has been detected by the coolpad service station and on 20th April i submitted mobile to replace the part in service center and till my mobile part has not arrived at service station.
Very bad experience . Please dont buy this product

Bought Coolpad Cool 1 about a week ago
Pros: Sleek phone, good camera
Cons: Though it says 4000 mAh battery however battery drains fast. Speaker volume is very low. Battery heated up. Service centre changed the software but could not fix speaker volume.
Hope it's gives at least a 2 years service.
