I did not review too early, if I give review quickly without using it for some period, then I can't understand the product well. I ordered it on 13 January 2017 received it, even place was remote location. Nearly year is gone, but I am too late for review. There is thing I want to share, coolpad got wifi connectivity problems. It connects wifi within short distance and disconnects if there are number of users on wifi.
This phone is nice after all, have multiple users so multiple whatsapp users can used on it without any problem. Event it can managed everything separately for every user. Fingerprint sensors are good
All specs as told.

Friends believe me, i am using the cell phone for last 1.6 years and till date faced no problem.

I brought last year and it was switched off suddenly and not restarted at all. Service centre mentioned that it was a hardware problem and need to replace the motherboard, useless and waste of money. As warrenty was only for one year, it’s a loss for me

Not so good phone... Bought on jan and my charging slot is dead.... Lagging alot after having 3 gb ram..... Instead of finger print... Nothing is good... Opt for other phones in this range.... Not upto my expectations.....

Mobile is too good. but i was having some problem in mice. didnt answer some times. have to restart after started internet connection. From customer care, when i show my mobile, they kept it for 7 days & given back but problem still found some times.

After One year of use am writing this review. Worst Mobile I have ever used.
Do not buy. It has always had charging problem. Now its dead completely eventhough I kept it in charge not charging at all!!!.

Purchased for my brother in-law, since doesn't have any idea on this without reading the user reviews I have purchased this mobile.
Camera quality was good.
Volume was good.
After a year phone was continuously started hanging.
After 15 to 30 minutes of use phone getting heat rapidly.

Don't buy COOLPAD mobiles, it has no proper service centres here, i bought it last 6 months ago, i got a problem in it, i went to service centre they said it will take 3 -6 months to rectify, this is how their service centres, so don't buy......

The Mobile has suddenly stopped working a week back. Almost after 10 months of purchase. Very difficult to find the Authorised Service Centre in Bangalore. Got the mobile checked and understood the Mother Board is not working. Having warranty of 1 (One) Year but not able to know where and whom to approach to claim the warranty replacement/repair of the Mother Board.

Lot of problems with the set. Battery problem. After some days phone became very very slow. Once gave to service on Richmond road bangalore. Still the issues are not resolved. They kept for almost 1 month. Really i dont recommend this company. At the end of the day MI or Lenova is good for this budget i think. Now micromax is also coming with lot of sets in this budget.
