good phone, every hardware works fine. Only problem is heating. If you are using the fingerprint sensor the phone gets warmed up a little at the place between the camera lens and sensor.

A perfect budget phone with contemporary design.

Biggest problem is the GUI. The search option for contacts when accessed from different apps doesn't work and the alarm function is inconsistent and sometime does't work at all. And many more small issues. The COOLPAD team needs to work upon these issues ASAP.

i PURCHASED this product and was wandering that what will i get in just 9000.
But it is the best mobile phone under 10000 rs .
performance is great and also battery last for about 2 days on my normal usage .
happiest part is 13 mp camera and a fingerprint sensor that works as fast as touchid.
plus the custom android os prives lot more faetures than any other android os (hide apps , lock apps, hibernate application etc)
The back of the pone has a great grip so the phone dont slip from my hand .

Speaker is awesome and loud too.sounds like a speaker form 25000 rs phone

Hi guys, I bought this phone before 1months ago.Still I don't find any issues like heating,hanging or whatever...The battery backup is awsome.Most of the time i play COC game and battery stands for 1.5 days with moderate to heavy usage and the charging speed is also good becoz of fast charging option. About camara - It's 7/10. Because with 267ppi,you can't expect more. I also wasted my time with searching many phones under 10k like Asus zenfone 2,lenovo k3 note,yureka plus,redmi note prime,etc... But i choose this phone becoz of low budget,3gb ram,fingerprint sensor and all features are working fine. I bought this phone on january 2016.
After using 7 months the battery started swelling. Which made crack in display an the handsfree speaker stopped working...
So I gave my phone to coolpad service center on 25th August 2016 to customer care for which they gave me a jobsheet number on 5th september 2016.
Till that day I have called them/e mailed them/ visited customer care number of times.
But every time they give same answer, wait till next 10 days and your phone will be repaired..
But the 10 days never ends......

Good build quality
Battery lasts over 1 day with normal use if u use it with the long standby it lasts over 4 to 5 days
Fast charger with rapid charge saves u when u r in hurry
Cool UI is very user friendly
Multitasking is a special feature which u can run 5apps simultaneously by splitting ur screen in two half's
Coming to the earphones....they are the best earphones with good bass and excellent audio quality like the premium ones.
For screen protection Coolpad is equipped with Nippon electric glass which is also as strong as the gorilla glass but I recommend a tampered glass.
Camera is good n u have professional features.get used to it u will the best shot and the selfi camera is one of the best in 5Mp range.

Best mobile I ever used, bought for my Friend and she is very happy to use it, no problem and no negative issue, superb camera and battery backup is also fine! Nice functioning, never freezed, nice Internet surfing!
I advice you to go for it except buying xiomi or gionee, even no Lenovo or Samsung can beat it!
And keep In mind that I am not giving this feedback because I am using it, I am an iPhone user, and if I will prefer android than this is the best

Giving only one star rating coz I have to give otherwise I wouldn't give single star. Yes guys I purchased this lasr year on launch day itself and using it since one year. So let me tell you about this bull s*** product. With Idea network you can't access internet and WhatsApp on the the same access point. Yes there are two access points you can br online only with one at a time. This is a factory bug and even company can't resolve this. Screen quality is dull absolutely dull. Camera is worst camera I have seen. Call quality is pathetic. What we expect from the phone call quality l, camera, internet, good display but you will get non of this.
And in case of any technical help from service online ,there is absolutely uneducated staff sitting there who cannot understand and solve the issue. Please don't buy any coolpad product.. I have given this phone to kids for playing games. You take may take your decision.

It is now about 3 months for me purchasing this phone. As to say this phone is one of best phone below rs 10k. Though coolpad has lauched android marshmallow,the phone comes with android lolipop in which the phone causes lagging3. Android marshmallow can be flash using sp flash tool on pc manually and not by system update in phone which is like magajmariSo those who are interested to buy a budget phone, i suggest them that they can have yhis and flash marshmallow update in it which is like AWESOME.........

i purchased the product in feb'16. I was using it as my secondary phone and kept it with quite good protection but for last two months i started facing problem.
It gets connect to WI-FI and disconnects in few minutes ....the procedure goes in a loop and not able to use wifi over my phone.
Later on it failed to detect SIM card in both slots. I changed my SIM card but still facing same problem.
This is the condition after5 months usage only.
The most annoying thing is still due.....service centre guys not responding at all.(I heared about poor service centre of all these chineeeeese companies but didn't trust while purchasing it) Now i have to wait and wait for eternal period to get my phone back in working condition.
Plsss dont buy any coolpad phone.

Thanks a lot amazon for this product....am really happy with this device... at this price this is just awsmmm... am writing this after one month usage and what i found are below..Pros--3GB ram,,a step ahead in competition now a days.. Nova 3,Asphalt 8 runs smoothly what u can't find in plus version as there graphics resolution is more...This comes with a latest fingerprint sensor.. And that works fast also..Camera quality awsmmm at this price..It comes with headphone,,which the "plus" version isn't providing..Battery give nice strength as graphics is not full hd like xiaomi note 3 or coolpad note 3 plus.. But there is not a big deal as u can't find any big difference between full hd & hd...Though there is no sign of gorilla glass but the screen is strong enough..u can follow brutal hammer test,randomly fallen test in you tube..Cons--Nothing much,,just some heating issue what u should know before u go for it...Processor is mediatek,,thats why the heating issue arise mainly...Don't think much & go for it as u can't find a better deal at this range and its a 'make in india' product...and now a days ,, some more innovative technology will come and so most of ppl will change mobile after 2-3 yrs.. so i suggest don't go for high budget...DON'T THINK MUCH AND BE A COOLBOY ;-)
