Is this the best phone within this price range? probably yes.
during the entire course of my use of this device, i just had a single problem-heating. it heats up when you play games, preferably the high end ones. Didnt find much heating problem during charging if you keep the wifi off.
Camera
appreciating performance in daylight. not so in low light, then again its a 8k phone,so....
performance
no lags whats so ever. the 3 gigs of ram can pretty do anything you throw at it, even multitasking feature works perfectly fine(a great addition btw).
gaming
performance is great, though heating kind of numbs the total experience.

Didnt need to pay them a visit so cant say. lets hope i dont have to ever :p

Bought it from amazon at jun 1st.awesome delivery by amazon as usual.Got it in 3 days.Phone is somewhat good not excellent as i hoped.The main plus point is the price which is excellent considering the features provided.When compared to other fones providin the same features,price is an important factor.On the downside,fingerprint scanner is proving to be weak after a month of usage as compared to the time it was bought.During the 1st 2 -3 weeks,it worked flawlessly and i was quite happy.Now,its not reading the fingerprint sometimes.Also,the phone tends to hang quite often almost twice per day.I downloaded some cleaning apps like cleanmaster hoping it will improve the condition in a few days.camera is also not upto the mark.Downloaded some 3rd party camera apps for selfies.I mainly use it for selfies.The inbuilt camera app is not good and beauty modes are bad in that app.battery backup is good not excellent.I mainly watch movies and use net.Seemingly can push through a day at moderate usage.Dunno how many days it will last considering that set is hanging.Its so irritating at times.

been using the phone for around 3 months now and i must say its preety impressive. its fast and very user friendly with no gliches and camera is realy good. its seriosly unbelievable that this phone is below 10 k. the only negative is that the charger n earphones stopped workin after a couple of months which was sad. otherwise kudos to the makers for makin the best buget phone in existence i realy recomend this phone.

Found it very simple to use and this meets all my expectations.... why to spend 30 or 20 thousand.....
Earphones and charger are very good.. only drawback's are the cool store app which is pathetic by the way and screen guard, but still at this price range I would happily settle for this...

Recently i broke the screen and am actively looking for a screen or display replacement. I live in hyderabad any pointers will be highly helpful.

Feels and looks like a outdated design. The phone has no glam quotient and has a very plasticy feel to it. Even the way the UI works is also very outdated in terms of the graphics and smooth transitions, just that the job is done minus the fancies and pleasure of experience. The UI reminds of me first controversial Redmi Note 3G that had specs on paper but had no class, feel and experience, just a phone full of useless and useful features which u may or may not use. The camera is sluggish and struggles to focus. The HD screen is nothing to talk about as it hardly has any look and feel to it. The screen brightness is below average and I have used phones with better HD screens at lower prices. Basically it's a phone which you would call "Jack of all trades and master of none". There is no one thing about the phone than can be a conversation starter.VerdictAvoid it if you can as your user experience will be below average. Unless you are getting carried away with the specs on paper.

I have been using this phone since around 5-6 months. Here is my review:Nice built quality, nice battery, nice RAM management, nice processor for a 720p display, nice set of cameras, One of the best software experiences(I feel it's even better than Cyanogenmod, I have had used that on Yureka for a long time). The launcher is a little bit awkward type but don't worry install a launcher of your choice.Since no phone is perfect it has also some drawbacks:A little bulkier(should have been 10-20grams less), side bezels a little bigger, touch button donot have led lights thus donot glow. Sometimes u will feel of having a metal built phone as there has been a trend of it nowadays.ButIt doesn't have a hybrid slot, it gives 3gb of RAM which are very nice to see at 9k(or 8.5k sometimes). U can forget of metal by seeing so many positive things in it.

I dont know what other view & since it is an electronic device so it may vary person to person.
But from my experience from last 4 months, it is quite good in this range.

The finger touch is really fast and active, front camera is good at day light. Battery is working 1 full day which is quite sufficient for smartphone.
Little bit heating problem during charging but no lag at operating.

3 GB Ram is impressive, and the features are user friendly.
Overall the mobile is great at this range & no one can beat in this price & features.

Awsome, yes only one word. Awsome smartphone in this price range. It can beat any samsung phone under 25000.even j7, on7 are nothing again this phone.this phone is very smart. And i became fan of coolpad.Pros-1. Very soft touch experience.2.fingerprint sensor is biggest plus point of this device. Works 9 out of 10 times3. 3gb of ram in this price range.4.gaming experience is very goog.5.no hanging problem at all.6. Camera quility is also good.7. Look of this phone is very nice.8. Battry is very good. And charger provided by coolpad is fast. It charges 5- 100\\% probably 90 minutes.9. Earphone is also very good. Nice bass.Cons-1. Only the heating issue with this device.2.
