Hi. Got the E5 yellow one n I am amazed by its screen resolution, fonts, picture and overall performance. The rich yellow colour indeed gives a feeling of Lumia but this one is much better than Lumia. At 6.85 its super thin and fun to hold and operate.

Did not get Discount part.!! 3.0 stars

Gionee India official website is selling this mobile for 1699 INR. Hence I believe the effective discount shall be calculated from that price. In that case you are providing 7% of discount.
The phone looks tempting, but for price under 15K. As there are quite few limitations like fixed memory, lack of support, brand is also not yet established in India.

Hi guys! , read about the earphones problem everybody is talking about. Just checked out with a retailer the company is giving a pair of beats earphones free with this phone , not too sure if flipkart is providing it. I guess that should solve the problem! Enjoy!.

After much thought between Lumia 720 and Gionee Elife E5 , I decided to purchase E5. It has been one month since I bought this phone. I was using lumia 510 ( windows 7.8 ) before. So initially I thought to buy a windows 8 phone.
