bad performance and quality is quit poor

When I was going to buy this phone I was sure about one thing that it will be beautiful..

Its specification is high Octa core Mediatel 1.3 GHz processor huge 2 GB RAM 13 MP camera but all this is not of much use. I have used Sony Xperia Arc S before and now I feel that Arc was much better.

Gionee hangs a lot

you do not get SAR value on dialing, and I am sure its would be very high

Its slim phone with good features. But when it comes to the charging problem. This problem is started after the usage of 15months. Worst response from the customer care too.

I bought Gionee s 5.5 of 20000 from flipkart, My order id is OD301291880605674400. and after 5days this phone start hang and when I raise request to replace flipkart said our Seller denied the request but Flipkart claims that they have 30 days replacement policy, we only know the brand FLIPKART and we don't know about the seller its flipkart responsibility to deal with trustful sellet.

Now flipkart is doing cheat with me.
