Nice phone, Outlook is very attractive, front and back camera is high clarity but it will be heated during charging and after charging

very bad
i am telling my bad experience of just using the new phone atleast 3 months
heating problem is permanent
downloaded photoes and videos get automatically deleted
some times mobile get locked during working
during software update it shows error
many times most of the apps closed and it shows that ,this apps is not responding..
NOTE; all the problems occurs from 1st day of purchasing
