After using for about 15days the handset is switched off and not getting on again and when trying to contact Service no details found please give service centre details

This product didnt reach our expectations. User interface is not good its a meshy. Even htc own proprietary tools doesnt perform well.. The only thing we liked in this product is its build quality. expect that all other areas are very disappointing. Dont go for this product. Because you can get better than this product in the same price tag.
