The Day I received mobile on 5th November I faced the problem with the mobile as below.
1- There is no option of Silent Mode.
2- The camera capture picture with both volume up and down button.
The camera does not have zoom option in any mode.
There is no possibility to mute the shutter sound while capturing the picture.
The shutter sound is much higher than the ringtone.
3- There is no possibility to hard reset phone with pressing Volume Down and Power Button.
I made complain to amazon the returned me the mobile with replacement.
I again received the Replacement Mobile with on date 14th November.
I am finding again the same above problem with the mobile phone.
