Great phone overall and at this price of 10k its a steal deal. Also both the mobile and accessories are all 100% genuine.
Brilliant display, great headphones sound and build quality. The best sub Rs 15k mobile without any doubt. HTC maintains its quality.

I am getting the feeling that most of these 1 and 2 star raters are probably spammers or those who simply wanted to vent out their anger with the company and have given dishonest reviews.
The specifications are clearly mentioned in the listing. Why did you order it if you have problems with MediaTek processor or other features.
We should understand that HTC is the Apple for Android. Their primary USP is the look and feel and the elegant appearance as well as smoothness while using. Of course you will get Chinese phones for the same price and with double the specifications. However, if youre not someone with too much idle time and wish to carry a phone to work or something without any need of too much of photography or other time-pass activities, this is the best bet.
Getting the screenguards and back cover is indeed an ordeal.
So my review is - this phone keeps up with HTCs standards. The appearance, Gorilla Glass 3, the look and feel, battery backup - everything is awesome for the price.
The generic Android will be annoying given it misses out on so many modified features that you get in custom Android such as in Xiaomi. 1. You need a seperate app to display the internet speed. 2. You need a seperate app to lock individual apps. 3. Power button doesnt give the options such as silencing or do not disturb. You will need to go under settings or the pull down menu and select it. 4. There is no gallery app. You have to depend on Google Photos app and that doesnt give you too many options to edit. You dont have anything built in to crop a photo!
Camera - horrible. Unless in bright NATURAL light, the camera is totally useless. Front camera gives you grainy images in CFL, LCD lighting. Back camera is no better. Outdoor shoots in twilight or in the night with artificial lights - will be as grainy as a 2MP Nokia phone camera shoot. Other users could guide me on whether this is a problem with my cameras sensors or whether this phone is like this. My 3-year-old Redmi 2 Prime clicks twice as better pictures with just a 2MP front camera. Front video capture is pretty decent though.
They have included a fairly decent set of earphones. Of late, most manufacturers do not send included-in-the-box earphones.
Battery life is perfectly alright. With a moderate amount of usage for 12 hours and heavy hotspot usage for 2 hours, I am still left with 4% battery at the end of the day.
Conclusively, as I said earlier, the phone is worth the price. But if you expect features to match the various Chinese brands in the market, you will be in for a disappointment. It is like comparing a traditional Mercedez with a similarly priced Toyota or Hyundai. Obviously the Asian brands will be loaded with technology.

Decent dual sim phone and camera.

Front camera not working we tried with technician and no one helped. We want return or replace the mobile immediately. Please call me 7702349149. Please solve the issue or take return or replace

Phone look is awesome but it not working well, its working slow and some time taking too much time to chrage and i want to go for return this product but not return option available .
