What are the pros and cons of the phone? I heard that the phone is getting heated up while charging and on phone calls, please share your views

Actually I had seen some people posting the heating issue regarding this phone.but frankly speaking I haven't felt this yet.I haven't faced the heating problem so far..while charging the phone is fine but the adapter got super hot!Haven't faced any heating prob while talking so far..
