mobile is not working properly,from first day in very good wifi connection it is not connecting properly .it take 30 to 50 minites,what can i do?tell me solution?

Good phone and worthy one. I came across reviews of phone getting over heat and all, but I feel that's a common thing in smart phones.

.... Problems I faced is taking out microsim from phone . it require any pointed object. With hands we can't take out sim.

My cell phone is getting hot very soon. I dnt knw wat 2 do. And during the purchase as I was browsing the details, the front camera was 5 megapixel but I've got only 2.
