I have both the version of 820 and 820S. I felt 820S is better because it support 64 bit applications. Though processor speed people say is low i applied some material games which depends on processor and only 820S supports it.

Camera of-course HTC camera quality is not as expected but check Sony 21 MP camera with HTC 13 MP Camera then you will never comment of Camera of HTC.
Sound no one can comment on HTC sound.

Camera have no clearty. when make settilng full size show 9.5 mp and screen set 4.3 then show 13mp but take pics like pics 5 mp, nothing special in this mb. feel like old version mb phone, heating issue sound also very slow...

After two years of usage,it gets damaged in its touch and after 3 yrs of usage it has complaint in its battery.I have to replace its battery for around Rs1800/-

over all good , both front & rear cameras are good . But the main problem is heating . At the time of using internet it heated more ....
