The product is not good. its get over heated within 5 minutes of use over call or internet. Its getting hot just like a bricks on fire. even it is difficult to handle. I will never suggest to buy.

Please do not buy HTC desire 826, even though it seems to be the best smart phone with dual sim for range between Rs.22,000/- & Rs.25,000/- .
I faced following issues & response of Flipkart team was poor on the grounds.
You face charging problem for sure... This mobile requires a minimum of 2 hours for charging 100%. You need to be patient enough to wait.
Mobile does not have battery back up. If you use mobile data, the battery back up would come down drastically and discharged within for 2...

Flipkart has never disappointed me with it's service and quality. I have received the product in a day and in perfectly good condition. The HTC Desire 826 has an amazing build quality. UI is smooth and I haven't experienced any lag. The camera is it's best feature. Specially the front camera takes crystal clear selfies without any problem. The only problem that I have experienced is that the phone heats up while it's charging. I guess that is pretty common with most of the smartphones nowaday...

awesome mobile with great features but the ringtone is not that good otherwise it is a good phone good looking,amazing keypad and it is also fast!! i will recommend to everyone and battery is also good... camera with front and back 13mp it is crystal clear!! loved it

I just got this GADGET 3days back ... peformance is good .. best feature is cam and battery life ... the first day when i plugged-in for charging i feel it exhibiting some heat on its back but its okay .. now a days all smartphones are facing same issue ... no other -ve shades for this ... especially the BLUE-LAGOON color is awesome ... i would suggest to purchase if anyone is interested.....thanks for FLIPKART for such an fast delivery ...:)
