I got the piece one month back. I received a defective one which was observed later. Because of their terms and conditions so and so they haven't provided any resolution directly by them. The defect is the display is suddenly getting blank and unable to interact with the phone for a while. I observed these defects after 15 days. Battery: very-2 poor ... while usin internet and gps .. battery will dry in 2 hours..

Sound: very poor while talking

Camera: very good quality.

Battery back up poor.
Phone hanging issue.
Heating problem.
**Most Importantly 3G/4G is available is only available at first slot.

I purchased this for my father who wanted a phone from recognized brands only.
A decent phone in all.
Pros:
- Excellent Camera(OIS is a big plus)
- Screen Quality is amazing.
- Audio through two front face speakers are quite ravishing.
-Looks pretty solid even with all the plastic body.

Cons-
- Average Battery Life.
-Sometime stutters( Better go with 3gb RAM).
-Earpiece sound while attending call is a bitt on off side.
-No further updates from HTC.Even a single update for MM would have been ...
