How can I get volte in this set

I got this phone from a retail shop for Rs30,000.
First look:
1) A very premium look that you can almost ignore Iphone in front of it at first.
After 2 Months:
1)Battery life is great. It was the only thing i was worried about but I can go for a full day on a single charge with 3G active. Plus the fastcharge 3.0 fuels up your battery really quick.
2)The phone is very slippery, you can easily drop it. Better to use it with a back cover
3)Camera quality is good but the photos lack the sharpnes...

One of the worst phones I have ever used. In 1year I had to give it 4 times for service once battery problem then speaker problems and then microphone problem.
The after service is the worst every time I give they guarantee that there won't be any further problems but again after 4 months a problem arises. The phone was under warranty so I got free service but now there is again heating and battery problem and now the phones warranty is over .
Even though all these were manufacturing defects...

I was finding for a 4G mobile with qualcomm chipset, with decent features and ofcourse i wished these features from a branded mobile company. So atlast i chosed to go with HTC ONE A9. Looks compact, finely crafted metal body. Feels rich on touch, smooth sensitive screen, finger print sensor is quick and accurate from every angle. AMOLED screen is sharp and colourful. Though am not a photo freak, am happy with camera quality, front ultrapixel cam captures decent pics in low light, primary cam ...
