I bought the phone but it had two problems.
1. Heating
2. A Pinkish hue on the Display.

Other people who own the phone reported no heating issues, but mine was around 40 degrees most of the time. I cannot stick it with my ear during a phone call. I was not charging, gaming or doing anything CPU intensive.

The display problem existed for many people and many users around the globe reported it under Reddit and various other forums.

I am writing this review after using the phone for 2 weeks.

First of all I got this phone with exchange offer. I returned my old Note II for 12k and got extra 10% off on credit card payment.
Lets talk about the cons first.

- This phone warms up while playing games or continuous browsing . It warms up on the top side of the screen . So if you get a call while playing games it hurts the ears . You have switch from left side ear to right side ear because of the heat.

I always wanted to buy Nexus device due to pure Android experience. Bought the 64 GB version. I am happy that i bought it. Last night in the party almost all the people who saw it praised it. Call me Vain, For me personally another advantage is that it is not easily available. Everybody is carrying iphone now days.

It is a thin device with great screen. Colours are crisp. I watch HD quality videos and they look great. The Sound quality is awesome. It is loud and clear.

My only gripe would ...

-I couldn't find a tempered glass for this phone in the whole city. The shopkeeper either didn't know that such a phone existed or said it will take time like 1 week to come as the phone is newly launched.
-Now about the deal, I got it for 28k in the exchange program after returning my almost 3 years old Note 2 for 12k. I am so happy with that deal. Local shopkeeper would not pay me more than 7k looking at the dents and the conditions. It was rooted and running a custom rom plus a custom kern...

There was a deal going on where in i got 15k off on this for exchanging my Nexus 5 and another 2k for paying through Axis bank so with all the discount the cost of the phone was 23k which for me is steal.

I got the phone yesterday yet to use as my main phone as not yet transferred sim, however the initial impression was wow the phone looks good and it is big my current phone is a Oneplus 2 and this one looks much bigge...

Nexus 6P is the best android phone ever made. This is a no nonsense phone which runs buttery smooth on Marshmallow. It's worth the 43k price tag and is better than its competitors which are more expensive. The finger print sensor at the back is the best in its class and the speakers in front are world class. I am using it from 2 weeks and the 3450 mAh battery is awesome and long lasting. Loving the phone.

I was one of the persons who was very anxious to buy this Nexus 6P Graphite 64 Gb and to my unluck I had to wait for about a month for the lack of stock.

Bought this phone (Silver - Aluminium, 64GB) after a lot of deliberation. Moved from my trusted Nexus 4 to get additional capacity and capability. Asked for next day delivery and it was delivered in a few hours, overnight, actually!
