Very bad product hanging problems

Gifted to Sis, the device is awesome, got it for 5.8k in diwali deal, delivered before the due date,
These steps will ensure that u have lag free n no heating experience.
To get OTA update for VOLTE one need insert SIM Card first and then try .
1.Need to update OTA 1.4 gigs to enable Volte
2. Check updater app for another update of 45 mb to fully utilize VOLTE services,
3. After installing 2 updates , reset the phone completely (I.e factory reset including internal memory).
4.Uninstal...
