Huawei Honor 6 is truly a masterpiece.
After so much of search and reviews for the best affordable high-end smartphone, I selected to buy this phone.
There were following doubts in my mind before I purchase this:
1. Huawei is not a recognized brand like that of Samsung, Sony, Nokia or LG.
2. What about the hardware? Is it worth to buy at 20k of this less known brand (in India)?
3. What about the service support in Mumbai (or any other location in India)?
4. Reviews are good, but is the phone ...

I was excited with the specs and ended up ordering it. After few weeks of usage -
1. The phone hangs abruptly - even if press and power button it doesn't power on. I just cant do anything and leave it for a day. For some reason it starts working after some time.
2. There is no encryption on this phone, so if your looking to buy a phone to configure your office emails, then please don't buy this.This phone is very unsecure.
3. At the start up the phone already consumes over 1 GB, I have never...

I bought this phone because it has 3GB Ram and Octa-core Processor as it aapeared value for money. All the features of the phone are good, but 2 major drawbacks are

1) Phone runs very slow inspite of octacore processor and 3GB RAM. Android Phone Software not at all stable.

2) Worst thing is that the Phone hangs & resets itself atleast 8 to 10 times in a day.

Huawei must think seriously about upgrading the software . It is not at all stable.

Otherwise a nice phone.

Don't get fooled by the brand (still relatively unknown in India) or the price (doesn't look like a flagship price). This phone really blows away the competition - I've handled phones right from the Samsung Galaxy's to the iPhones of the world, and this one is too good.
