Strongly dissatisfied with product 1.0 stars

This product is over heating. I notified the Flipcart and they have done the technicial visit. Even after technician visit they did not resolve the issue. Flipcart is saying they can not help, It's headache to purchase the product from flipcart. Even after more than 10 times follow up issue is not yet resolved. Don't buy this product. either the vendor or the Flipcart not solving the customers product issue.
