Received iPhone 14 pro max with screen crack. Amazon customer care telling contact manufacturer and apple service centre people saying to contact Amazon and seller is unreachable. They are playing games.

This is my first apple phone and i have to admid why all world is crazy for iphone, quality is best all features are very useful design purposefully. Finally have entered apple ecosystem.Must buy phone if you have budget go for 14 promax....

Replacement done by Apple service center and got a new one as the purchased one was showing some defect

The best part about this phone is I never ever had to think about battery About the phone getting switched off at night I just charge it when i feel like rest even if the battery is 6% at the night after i wake up its around 5% thats all. 2. The cameras, the way it switches between cameras you can actually see it using the differnt camera’s like the telephoto or micro or the wide angel, you don’t have to think about it before taking any photos that will it take it properly or not It automatically takes the best photos (best masterpiece work between hardware and software)
