Loss of money

Battery issue of this mobile with every customer including me. Still in the warranty period and 2nd time battery has gone swollen. Danger to blast. it's a shame for this idiot company and no customer service at all. This is the worst phone I have ever ordered. Highly disappointed and will recommend everyone to never go for this. Firstly when I had got the phone the speaker wasn't working, so I got a replacement. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my mom which got delayed thanks to the hardware defect in the phone. My mom isn't tech savvy but still the phone would hang even with minimalistic use. Initially I was happy with the battery life but even that has gone to the gutter after just 6 mon...

Exactly on expiry of 6 months the battery has swollen up. Afraid to use lest the battery explodes. Searching for service centre is another headache in Mumbai. Even if you find one, your experience with them will leave a bad taste. Best is not to buy and experiment with such phony companies.
