The phone is perfect good finish 1.0 stars
I received the phone on good condition. But the battery is depleting very soon within 3 to 04 hours and mobile is getting switched off and unable to attend the incoming calls since the touch is not working properly. running behind the service centre of karboon......A.balasubramaniam...mob.phone 9447050700 whattsapp, alternate mob. 9865018010

Disaster phone i already spent 650 on repair.. Dnt buy karbonnn.. there is no service centre call centre.. all horrible

All rubbish..total waste of money...battey is toooooo low..even it is not used..the battery is exhausted automatically...used to get too hot while charging..

Good product. Two negatives to mention is low charging rate ( ie. It takes almost four hours to being fully charged) and poor voice call quality since the front speaker is of law quality.Battery life is not bad.Anyway you have to admit that this is the best option in this price range.

Within a month battery of this phone is weak..charge goes off very soon..and no service center near to use the warranty period

Very slow 1.0 stars
It takes at least a minute to load all the applications. At least a minute to detect the touch. The price is affordable but the performance is par below.

KarbonA9 hanging due to overloaded unremovable apps. Now hanging problem sorted out. 2.0 stars
Touch screen hangs much. The mobile is loaded with more than required unuseful non-removable apps. This fulls the ram. Please give OTA update in which useless apps are removed.
Call quality is good.
I have purchased it for running some particular apps. Please keep only about 10 essential apps including play store. Travel, Messenger, duo, Instant, You Tube are non removable in 1 GB ram. Make it removable so that they may be used as per use from time to time by different persons by downloading from play store.

After a few days, using YouTube video in another mobile, I sorted out hanging problem by starting developer option and other methods.
